Favorite Genres and Other Stuff- I love romance, fantasy, and mecha anime best of all, in that order. When it comes to my other interests aside from anime, I enjoy reading light novels, manga and visual novels, and playing almost solely JRPGs.

Real Life Stuff You Can Skip Over 'Cause This Is the Internet And It Breaks The Illusion That I Am AI: I'm a university student graduating this summer and an accounting intern.

That is all! For really reals! Now, be gone and never return! Also, come back sometime. My profile is tsun, but don't let it get to you. Later! Leave a comment or something. (Pfft, n-not that it matters to me if you do or not!) Thanks for reading! There was a reward for coming this far, but... Yeah, I took it. Not gonna lie.

Ok, fine. Here's a prize on how to pronounce my name as intended: ZAY-G

Yeah...so bad news. I probably won't be getting on my computer for awhile. Looks like either the battery finally died completely, the charger isn't working correctly, or the part that the charger goes into is broken/loose to the point where I can't charge my computer. My computer now sits in my closet in its case, as with no way to charge it there is no point in having it out anymore. I'll be running some tests eventually to figure out what the problem is, but I don't know when I'll be getting to that. If worst comes to worst, I'll probably cost me a good 300 dollars for replacement parts (something will have to be replaced one way or another). Obviously I won't be getting that kind of money for awhile, so yeah. You probably won't be seeing me on MSN for awhile. Currently I am on the PS3's browser using a keyboard on animeplanet, and this will have to be where we will talk for the time being. I will no longer be able to be notified when I get a response from you (like I did with my CPU/Firefox Browser) so-

I think you read too much into my actions.  I don’t add shows to my dropped or will not watch list because they are necessarily bad. I just don’t want to watch that show. It should not be used as a measure of quality; I have a rating for that. I have dropped lots of shows that I consider good because I didn’t like the characters or setting or something else. I have dropped Deathnote, Moyashimon, Black Lagoon and Jurmangand. I thought all of them were good shows I just didn’t want to continue watching them.

Nothing on my dropped list is permanent. I usually continue to follow dropped shows in blogs and forums to see if I should reconsider but that rarely happens. I have a pretty good understanding of what I want to watch but there are exceptions. I dropped Samurai 7 twice and now it is sitting happily in my DVD collection.

Eureka Seven is one of my favorite shows. It is easily within my top five and if I were to be exiled to a desert island with a solar powered DVD player and told that I could only bring one animé that animé would be Eureka Seven. I adore the show, even with its flaws.

The problem is that I cannot watch a sequel to one of my favorite shows if it is not going to be at least as good in the things that made me love the show in the first place. I will spend all my time critiquing the show and comparing it to my beloved. I will never be able to appreciate the show properly for what it is. It will always be an inferior bastard child and all I will do is complain about it and get into fights on forums with people who don’t agree with me. I could do without the stress.

Eureka Seven AO is not a bad show. It may even turn into a good show but it is not going to be a great show and it is already failing hard on one of the things I truly loved about Eureka Seven, the characters. Halfway through the first episode of Eureka Seven I already loved the characters. I am completely disinterested in everyone in Eureka Seven AO. I can’t even remember the name of the main character and I am not in the mood to look it up because he doesn’t seem to be worth the effort. I expect Ao to prettier than the original and have more, bigger and prettier battles but that's not why I loved Eureka Seven. It will probably have a more epic plot but the show doesn’t seem that interested in its characters or in world building consistency so for the time being  I am out. If AO was not a part of Eureka Seven I would have given it another episode but I still think I would have dropped it eventually.

1.5/5 on Accel World manga eh. What did you find was bad about it? I was hoping to watch the anime of it next month as the animation looked good.
