Dude I had the same problem. Except, mine was the opposite. I didn't understand why the hell my revatails were so weak. Mine stayed like below lvl 5 for like the first half. lol xD. Then I lvled them up 20 lvls :P It's way different than the 1st game which I liked at times. I still don't totally understand everything. The super arts are awesome, but more about luck getting them.

I'm looking here to make sure I don't mix up 2's systems with 3.

-One of the things that I learned very late into my experience, you know the wave bar at the bottom during battle? The bigger they are (top-bottom) the better, but also overlaping them (synching) gets you a HUGE boost. That somethimes takes a while though.

-If you have unlocked super arts yet. (keep re-visiting stores and areas for new synthesis items/events). You know the blue grid in the bottom right? Each attack phrase a dark purple diamond will appear at different intervals each direction. As you attack with your vanguard the light pink one will fill it in, in the direction of the attacks you execute. Fill up the entire dark shape to activate a Super Move.

-Make sure to use the vanguard-Revatail combo with the best relationship.

-For Easy Battles, Just activate a strong magic, then spam Burstec attacks and right at the end activate the spell. It should finish off most basic ones. Also the biggest reason that you won't get a S is because of your Guard Score it has to be between 90-100 usually.

-Once you get Replika and Cloche's Fan Club the above will be easier. Just make sure you are getting every IPD the more you have the better. Because it takes time to get some of them.

-Dualstall talk topics are probably more important than the cosmosphere ones, just because sync goes up and spells get more powerful faster.

But yeah Catherine I guess sold 200,000 the 1st week and earlier in the week Atlus announced (without official amount, that it was record breaking). With Demon Souls 2 years ago breaking most of their records I don't think that it did as good in perspective to that. But Atlus tends to bring over the niche titles from JP that actually impress the US audience and do well. While NIS on the otherhand brings over a ton of games that are more cult and aren't widely accepted by everyone. But the fan base is much more loyal. Since the games are the same style. I'm also tempted to pre-order King of Fighters XIII from them. It's going to be a $50, but it comes with a 4-CD soundtrack containing like the best of the series tracks and others. If anybody can make KoF popular again among the Street Fighter, Tekken and Mortal Kombat boom right now, Atlus can... if they don't we probably won't see another full KoF game in the US for a long time.

What part of the story are you at in 2? Yeah the 3rd was hard to find, luckily right after I finished 2. One of the 3 stores in my area had 1. But I got it like 2 years ago. It took me forever to finally get my hands on Ar Tonelico 2, though in comparison.

2 was the cleanest. 3 was the largest, but most fun in my opinion. Although it can get very annoying. My brother spent a long time on Annie, seemed like a good game. Did you see the news about Catherine selling pretty good?

Atelier Iris 2 was a great game. But 3 was my favorite of the Iris trilogy. I still haven't beaten Ar Tonelico 2 yet..... Probably because I only play it randomly for some reason. Like last night I played Dead Nation for like 4 hours

Must have gotten lost in the inbox, I get like 50 mails a day. I'll look tonight. There's really no need for the put off/threat part of the comment, as i don't actively do things to piss people off on the site. Generally the reason is always because i'm doing 9 million things on the site at once and someties things get missed.

lol, I picked up FFXI back in the day. For like 1 month, other than that my freshman year of highschool I tried lots of MMOs, Tribal Wars, AdventureQuest, DragonQuest, Mechquest, Fallen Sword, RuneScape, Urban Dead and lots of misc. that I only played once. And then a few that I can't remember because it's been almost 4 years since.

Then recently I tried Pandora Saga, which was meh. The Shin Megami one looked good, but I'm probably going to stay away I have a bad habit with MMOs. When I tried Pandora Saga in March it happened again, but I got out of it in a week. But I get way too obssessed.
