My real name is Willow. At sixteen years of age, I am an avid watcher of classic Shounen anime. My preferred genres include fantasy and adventure, but as long as a sufficiant plot and well developed characters are present, I can enjoy basically any sect. I attend nearby conventions regularly. My two favourite anime are Masashi Kishimoto's Naruto and Yoshiro Togashi's Hunter X Hunter. I suppose you could say that I'm drawn to mainstream anime, but that fact is simply because I have a lot of free time, and mainstream series generally have higher episode counts. I tend to grow solomn at the conclusion of an excellant anime, like many others also do. As a completely ramdon sidenote, I am currently learning how to speak Japanese, and am an aspiring novelist.
My Rating System For Reviews
10 = Absolute and utter masterpiece (It will never happen)
9 = Masterpiece with minor flaws
7 - 8 = Above average/highly recommendable series
5 - 6 = Average
2 - 4 = Poor
1 = Absolutely horrid
I may use these terms in my reviews...
Plot story = A story that focuses on the plot or the setting more than the characters. Basically, in a plot story, the characters are simply tools with which to tell the story. More than often, plot stories feel rushed and stressed, but every now and then comes a plot-story that doesn’t include these elements. Two examples of plot stories are J.R.R Tolkien’s, The Lord of the Rings and Tite Kubo’s Bleach
Character story = A story that focuses on the characters more than the plot. Basically, in a character story, the plot is interwoven with the character’s developments (usually the main protagonist’s or main antagonist’s). Two examples of character stories include Natsuki Takaya’s Fruits Basket and Yoshiro Togashi’s Hunter X Hunter.
Now, not all series’ fit into these two categories. There are some that manage to fill both, and deliver fairly equal amounts of plot and character development. This variety of story contributes to my favorite genre, and includes series’ like One Piece, Rurouni Kenshin, Harry Potter, and Naruto.

Gurren Lagann is awesome. In all honesty it's captured me in a way no anime has in a long time.
I'm not sure if I'm supposed to be appetized or disgusted :/
Well, at least it's edible, probably...?
Haha, I get that. I don't stop by here very often, even with a steady internet connection and access to said connection.
I got a Homestuck sweater, and HDPVR(essentially a recorder for games and stuff), a headset for my computer and Modern Warfare 3.
That is pretty much every nerd's typical Christmas, anyway.
That reminds me(not at all, but I felt I should bring it up anyway), you should read Homestuck. It's a really witty, all-around entertaining story detailing the adventures of a boy and his friends. Sounds kind of generic, but it's all drawn in Microsoft Paint, including the animations.
