I don't front, son. I only put the ones I've watched every episode of on "watched". I'm a real sucker for shounen type anime, and nice long character driven ones.
My rating scale:
2 stars = Was somewhat painful to watch, and I did not enjoy it, though it may have had a few cool ideas.
2.5 stars = May have had a few good moments, but overall was fairly boring and uninteresting.
3 stars = Decent, though may have had a few too many uninteresting parts or bad design to get me fully interested.
3.5 stars = Kept me hooked for the most part, and was fairly enjoyable, but was missing something to keep me real excited or compelled.
4 stars = Kept me excited and compelled to keep watching, a fun and solid watch overall.
4.5 stars = Had some really awesome stuff, kept me real excited, and was overall a great watch.
5 stars = I have a great attachment to the series, and would likely watch it forever if I could.
I'm pretty soft with ratings. I usually watch new series with low expectations, then judge them by how compelled I am to watch new episodes, and how much it sucks me in. (though I often tweak my ratings slightly, and my lists)
I'm also pretty bad with recommendations, since I'm very indecisive and usually can't think of good things to compare.
Mostly subbed! (besides berserk, resident evil: degeneration, and afro samurai resurrection)
I also have a bit of an obsession to watch all the OVAs/specials/movies of a series once I've watched it. I don't like having stalled anime, and I shall finish those once I feel interested to do so. I also don't like to drop anime, since I shall give everything a fair chance... I try to watch something different then I usually do every once in a while.
For some of my manga(naruto, bleach, one piece, d.gray man), I haven't actually read ALL the chapters since I started at different points where the animes left off.(I just wanted to know what happened next!).
Made by the same creator, and a lot carries over, such as the humor, character design, and the...

it's from http://www.bakabt.com/ so you might have to register if it doesn't complete. sometimes they do finish without logging in and sometimes they don't. But Bakabt is a REALLY good site to be part of as it has a lot of rare anime that aren't anywhere else :)
since i saw that you couldn't find it too hehe.
