My review of the 2010 Drama/Sci-fi/Psychological anime, The Vanishment Of Hurahi Suzumiya, also known as "The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya" or "Suzumiya Haruhi no Shoushitsu".
Note To Readers: It is highly suggested that you watch the main series titled, "The Melancholy Of Hurahi Suzumiya" before watching this movie or reading this review, as this review assumes that you have watched the aforementioned anime.
Well, the story, or "plot" involves around Kyon and the others making plans to have a Christmas party in their usual... See full review
My review of the 2005 Slice Of Life/Drama/Romance anime, Lamune.
The story revolves around a male lead named Kenji Tomosaka and a female lead named Nanami Konoe and a host of other characters living out their lives, going to high school, going on vacation, and spending their free days at their jobs or doing various hobbies. They meet a mix of new people and some not so new people they had met at least once as a child, eventually healing emotional wounds they received as children or dealing with feelings they had since they were children.
The story/plot wasn't bad, but it was definitely wasn't... See full review
My review for the 2009 comedy/harem/ecchi anime, Seitokai No Ichizon. Story This anime may or may not actually have a plot. I'm honestly not sure...it's not extremely clear to me what the actual plot of the story is. All I can think of is that the plot involves the five main characters, Ken, Kurimu, Chizuru, Minatsu, and Mafuyu, whom are part of the Student Council at their school, doing various activities similar to that of a club, like in the anime, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. Each day, they start off with Kurimu trying to decide on some sort of activity to do, which is usually something along... See full review
In a nutshell, story of this OVA involves a girl named Mato Kuroi going to school meeting another girl called Yomi Takanashi, eventually attempting to befriend her. She suceeds and two hang out together until Mato starts hanging out with a guy/girl(?) named Yuu. Yomi becomes saddened because Mato stops hanging out with her because she is hanging out with Yuu instead, and over time Yomi mysteriously disappears. When Mato realizes she is gone, she tries to search for Yomi and eventually discovers where she is.. Saying anymore than that would give away spoilers, so watch it if you are really curious as to... My review for the 2010 OVA Special of the anime, 11eyes. Story The plot begins with Kakeru and Yuka at school, (I think) and Kakeru's Eye Of Aeon beginning to give off a golden glow again, and suddenly the screen cracks and shatters... They believe the Red Night has started again, but they quickly discover it is pink instead. The group from the original anime, which consists of Kakeru, Yuka, Yukiko, Takahisa, Kukuri, Shiori, and Misuzu all meet up and begin discussing the "Pink Night" (though I don't believe it was specifically named that) and attempt to discover what is different about the Pink... (Rather than my usual format, I will attempt to use a different, more organized style based on the score categories...so here goes my review for the anime, Elemental Gelade.) Story The story involves a young orphan by the name of Coud Van Giruet who wants to become a man and a real sky pirate, thus he works as a trainee with a band of sky pirates known as the "Red Lynxs". After successfully raiding another ship of its treasure and returning, Coud goes into the room where the treasure is kept and looks around a little, eventually coming upon a strange coffin. Somehow, he manages to activate... See full review
Where to start with this anime... Basically, it's a pretty average, not very original ecchi/harem anime that involves a high school student named Yuuri Mito finding a relic of some sort that was dug up, and then later coming back to it at night and bringing his friends with him to the relic to perform a ritual on it. One of his friends, who is named Ameri Kawai, ends up getting on a motorcycle that Yuuri brought earlier in order to leave, and instead ends up smashing into the relic with it on accident, breaking it and causing a bunch of evil/misguided beings called "Tayutai" out, along with...
