I think you would enjoy Haibane Renmei, Millennium Actress, Rurouni Kenshin: Tsuiokuhen (It's a prelude OVA for RK, so you don't need to have any knowledge of the series), Baccano, and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. I really enjoyed them!
