I guess, Beatrice ruined it for me, I really didn't like her... And because it was too out there, call me simple minded or stubborn, but I prefer Higurashi over the two because it had a logical conclusion... I didn't like all the magic and stuff, and like Battler tried to disprove the magic XP

It definitely ruins the mood when it's all serious and then comes the-panty-flash.. Fanservice here and there is always good, but I think fanservice kinda loses its meaning if it is put everywhere all the time..

Hiya, in reply to your comment, I agree Higurashi was one of the best anime I have had the pleasure of watch in my small-time 'career' of anime-watching, but I was convinced until the last arc of season 1 that there was a watching order, then kai destroyed that theory, but it was still awesome...

 

I have a lot of friends that watch anime so I go "I'm going to watch........." and before I start to watch a friend goes "OMG! I finished ....... you should watch it" and so the list builds up XP

Well i think you should watch Highschool of the Dead :)
