Real quick, id like to say that a week or so ago I ate a bagel with cream cheese.
It was a good bagel.
And it tasted like Ramen Noodles.
I suspect it was a garlic bagel, but it really coulda been ANYTHING!! Perhaps just the right blend of salt, garlic, and poppy? I may never know. So far I've been on the lookout for this mysterious bagel. If you ever consume one that tastes a lot like ramen noodles, please notify me.
Moving on, then...
So, I've just finished watching HOTD and I must say, it was pretty good. At first I didn't want to watch it because i was never much of an extreme horror anime fan, much less a zombie fan (my brother owns two house of the dead video games for the wii, which, coincidentally, have the same acronym: HOTD. I used to play that when i was 8 years old and had no problem with it, but I seem to have become more of a wimp over the years...) and because i heard the ecchi was really annoying. But for some reason, over last weekend I was on a little "manga reading roll," but had nothing else to read, so I went ahead and tried HOTD. the manga, i think, was 2094113981984701865019830487019478814309170985601934 times better that the anime. Or, it could just be that I already knew the plot from the manga and wasn't at all surprised at anything from the anime.
Anyways, I'm still giving HOTD a 4/5 because the ecchi was soooo annoying. Honestly, it hurt my eyes. But other than that, the originality was alright, the main character is freaking awesome (and so is busujima saeko), and the animation and voice actors were fantastic as well.
Although I'm a bit unnerved by the fact that saeko and takashi slept together, but that's a little...eh....
