no worries. this site still has some kinks to work out before I can commit to moving here completely. I don't know if some of them will ever happen. I have brought some of them up in the IRC channel and was met with strong objections. I guess they go against the way things are done here (i think it's an issue of "company culture")... but some of them are deal-breakers for me. So, I may never move here completely. There are ways to keep quality high while being less rigid and allowing more contribution from the community. I feel that's being sacrificed in order to keep quality at a maximum. While I am all for quality over quantity, if things are incomplete specially on a place that really needs to have EVERYTHING in order for people to keep track of their stuff and look things up, quality becomes less of an issue. the high quality is overshadowed by the fact that it's incomplete.
Yeah the submissions forums are a little confusing, sorry about that :) Characters are the only thing at the moment that have been set up the way you've been using it, the other ones are empty because they're getting worked on soon, but the system isnt set up yet to allow users to submit them via a form like with characters. ^_^ Character mods almost always attach a VA while they're adding a new submission, if you see a series that has characters but is totally missing VAs, i suggest editing a single character and putting 'please add voice actors' or something like that in the Comment box. Mods can then go through and add all VAs very quickly ^_^
Please do let me know if you have any other questions :D
