Hello fellow anime fans across the globe! ^_^
I'm a German yet half-Canadian fan at the sweet age of 26, with my mind & heart somewhere fixed to 18, yay! :D
An almost generic friendly guy working as screendesigner - laidback yet passionate when doing something, no matter what it be XD
Besides watching various types of anime, which I like doing enthusiastically, I love music and finally got started in playing guitar - and - my personal fave - E-Bass. Little dreams for the future: slowly build up a recording studio, make music, find/make a band - hence you bet I love anime involving or about music.
Oh yeah, when it comes to music I'm a great anime music lover - from past to present stuff, I like good pop-rock in any style and classic J-Rock like LUNA SEA, Hyde, L'Arc~en~Ciel, Gackt - generally I have a rock-tendency though - alternave, hardrock, punk, grunge, melodic-metal - except for black/death metal, all goes with me ^^
I've come to enjoy life and it's ups and down, so I pretty much love slice-of-life anime by now - but I still have a great love for fantasy and sci-fi, as long as it's somewhat original ^^
Both series tell a unique romance between two strong-willed, talented and contrasting...

Psssh FMA should be up higher! XD
Thank you for the compliment. I loved Beck. It made me want to get really pretentious about music. Lol. And yeah, I've seen nodame Cantabile. Definite 9/10 for me. Hope you keep enjoying your time here. ^^
Saw your Top 5 on the users page, and just had to come say 'GREAT STUFF'. Love Beck and Nana too.
Thanks! ^_^
You're most welcome! I try to gear my reviews to be just that, and REC most certainly is unique - I just wish it were longer. Keep in mind that going with how you felt about a series is generally the best method for scoring it, since there is no real objective standard of rating things. The important thing with a review is explaining the why, as ultimately the reader wants to know more of what you thought in place of a simple listing of facts.
But regardless, it's always good to know I've inspired another REC fan for the better. Thanks for reading! :)
