"Story/Characters"  There is... The synopsis is massively wrong. There is not plot. The first 5 minutes are a music video for New York City. There is a trailer for a movie called Winning Tough which is something the main character is in, as some nerd playing football and getting his glasses knocked off a lot. Then an interview and maybe a bit of his past with his mother, brother, maybe some incest and all to the tune of a film noir 80s vibe. There's even a commercial for the Michellin Man and Pilsbury Dough Boy for a cake. It's not even a conventional interview thing. There is no story. No... See full review

Code Geass: Nunnally in Wonderland

Nov 15, 2012

Story: As the title implies, it's a Code Geass x Alice in Wonderland crossover. Yeah. It uh... does the story well, some changes here and there... to be frank, I stopped giving a damn when booty butt Fawn came on screen. It's fine and dandy and Lelouch's brotherly love for his sister is entertaining as the narrator but I don't know. I expected something... more. Grand narmy theatrics, more than walk-on characters, just more. Animation: Dat ass. I ain't kidding, Shirley as a Fawn had one fine ass. It's so noticable that I could barely read the subtitles. Damn fine, but I can't neglect all the cleavage. If... See full review

Campione!

Oct 28, 2012

Story: Before we get started, I'd like to tell you a little something about the OP: Right at the end of it, the protagonist, we'll call him Campione (More on that later), is sitting in a field of golden swords in the ground and know what? He's making it rain like Lil' Wayne up this motherfucker! Fucking raining swords and there's more swords than anything else in that shot. But to complete the scene, Campione is holding a big ass sword (Big enough that it's impractical in realistic fights) and is draped in bitches. I don't mean the guy all flabbergasped, or "Where did these bitches come... See full review

Chainsaw Maid

Nov 12, 2011

Story: Not the table, not on the table, not on the- aww.... and that's how it truly starts, after the near striptease. Obviously this is high on plot, and the title only goes to further it, and obviously everything after the striptease is a load of shit, which this would be if it weren't so unintentionally hilarious. The violence is righteously over the top, senseless and chainsaw-fueled, for extreme gore and extremely questionable fun. The premise is what it is; Chainsaw Maid, and you shouldn't expect much else from that. Animation: A whole new definition of puking your guts out, to hilarious results... See full review

C: The Money of Soul and Possibility Control

Jul 20, 2011

Story: When I first read the premise of it, I didn't know what to expect and after the first episode, even less on what what would come next.  After watching the last episode, I don't know what to think of it. On one hand, it's a tale of a man and his scantily-clad asset (What he uses to fight in the District) kicking butt while using vast amounts of black cash and on the other hand, it's so much more with what's at stake in the Financial District. The risk behind it all and the effects of each battle add an extra dimension than mere battles of property damage. It's not entirely a predictable... See full review

Cat Soup

May 27, 2011

Cat Soup can be summed up as "What the *%@$". The art is odd-ball and bizzaro, there's no dialogue, no script, hardly any developed characters (Strange ones at that) and that's not even touching the "plot". The point of Cat Soup isn't about the plot but the journey; the places you will go and the people you'll meet, as messed up and crazy as they are. There's the elephant made of water, the pig that is cruelly taken apart (It gets worse), the man with the mask and spiked speedo and everything else. To mention it all would ruin the surprise and those are just the screenshots. I don't... See full review
