about me

Anime has been one of my fav genres ever since IGPX came out. Only recently have I started to get back into anime. I constantly check out new series, even if it sucks, to see if I can broaden my tastes more. :)

So, to add on to here, there's only one romance anime I am even slightly interested in seeing. The others that I watched... never made it past the first few episodes really.

Did you just finish the first episode or something? XD Just stick with it, it's a pretty fun series.

Also, rewatching Code Geass in HD is GLORIOUS. Too bad you can never re-live the "OMG WTF CLIFFHANGERS" feeling from the first watch, but it was still quite enjoyable.

Well, it was one of the two shows that got me back into watching anime in the first place, if that tells you anything :3 (The other one being Beck) And, if by gore, you mean people's heads asploding, folks getting their limbs torn right from their body, etc, etc, then yeah, there might be a tid-bit of gore in Elfen Lied ^.^

Hell, if gore's your thing, you should track down Mnemosyne.

I like to think the subject line says it all.

As great as L's cookie detection was, Kagami is clearly superior. :)

I've already seen Elfen Lied >_> And as for Higurashi, I dunno, I just haven't been in the mood for mystery/horror. I'll watch it whenever I'm feeling it.

As for the charts, I've already released two of 'em. The first one that I was talking to you about was DT's cover of The Rover/Achilles Last Stand/The Song Remains the Same. The second song I charted was Spice of Life from the Beck OST, and I just released that yesterday.

Me? I've recently marathoned through both seasons of Gundam 00 (Fun series, though mostly mindless action), finally finished Spice & Wolf (niizk Blu-Ray rips = AWESOME) & watched the first 1/3 of Kekkaishi. For the new season, I'm keeping up with FMA: Brotherhood (Feels like a mediocre version of the original series so far, but it'll hopefully stop sucking once it gets to the point where the original series diverged from the manga), K-On (MOAR MOE, Yui > Mio), Eden of the East (Still on the fence about this one, I'm not quite as enamored by it as everyone else seems to be; Nice OP though), and Cross Game (Not normally a fan of sports anime, but this one's really good so far - the first episode alone could be counted as a tear-jerker, lawl). I also wanna see the Gurren Lagann movie sometime soon, as well as get back to watching Death Note.
