Nice to meet you all! ^__^

My name is Codruta (hard to pronounce? stick to Tessa then XD). I'm currently living in Romania, the place where you can't finde mangas or animes except if you live in the capital, but internet gives me all that I want.

I'm a big drama and shoujo/josei fan so my favorite anime and manga is NANA, but I like other as well. Comedy animes makes life easier, while horror gives a bit of joy to me when I fell myself captured in the mistery of the characters.

I like to see people smile from their hearts.(is a shame that nowadays you can hardly see that because people tend to hide their emotions) That's what I like about Hatchi/Nana-chan ^^. Here smile is just gorgeous and sinceer.

I'm a 17 year old girl who wants to see the joy of life. I cry easily, but I smile as easy as I cry.I let my emotions out because I want people to know me so that I can know them :) .

Hope to get along with you all.

And, don't forget: SMILE! ^__________________^

Edit: Velentine spirit ^^

Hello, thanks for your comment, I'm actually enjoying Nana a lot and have already watched the first 30 episodes. I'm absolutely stunned how touching the series is, and I haven't been so captivated from episode to episode since I watched Death Note more than a year ago. The characters seem more authentic to me than in the real live movie, and I can relate to them a lot, Nana's incapacity to express her feelings makes her absolutely lovely, and despite all the mistakes Hatchi commits one can only feel compassion towards her. The series is surely one of the most beautiful descriptions of friendship I've ever seen, and I can't wait to finish it. There would be so much more to talk about, but I have to go to the university soon, so I just thank you for recommending this wonderful series and will come back to you another time. Goodbye, Marc

From what I've seen , they do seem similar. Sadly I've yet sit down and watch Ef, I've only seen the trailer to it... I bought to much anime recently to have time to watch fansubs, but I'm looking forward to watching it. I just wish the game was also translated >_>

Hello Tessa, I have no idea if we know each other, it could be possible since I´ve lived a great part of my life in Europa, but I´ve unfortunately never been to Romania. I added you to my Friends/Favourites list for what you wrote about th series NANA, which I still haven´t seen, but to which I felt a strong connection since I saw the real live movie, and also started myself a while ago to write about a friendship between two girls which seems to me a theme that allows to present real and unhidden emotions (as you yourself wrote on one of the characters of NANA), and thought that we could someday exchange opininions and discuss about the series. I have, of course, to first view it entirely, and usually tend to avoid long series (the same problem with "Monster"), but I think that I will start soon, and will let you know about it. Goodbye, MARC

Hello

I just ran across your recomendation for Ef/5CM and wanted to point out that Makoto Shinkai didn't do any work on Ef - A Tale of Memories. He did the opening  video for Ef - A Fairy Tale of the Two, the visual novel, but had nothing to do with the anime adaptation of it (Ef - A Tale of Memories).
