Hi everybody! ^^ I'm Tarah or just Tara since many people don't pronounce the 'h' at the end of my nickname..my friends call me Tara-chan ~_^
I fell in love with manga and anime about two years ago(2006). Yeah, I realize many of you have been reading/watching it for like 10 years already but our tv doesn't broadcast anime at all (not so true nowadays, but it's only available on pay-TV and I don't really want to watch Naruto in my native-language - not that Czech is bad, but I prefer original and Japanese, with English subtitles of course ^^, has such a nice ring to it ^^)..I'm really glad that I've been paying attention in my English classes..(which is why this bio-information isn't bunch of randomly put-together sentences, but hopefully it makes some sense..)
Since my childhood I've always loved books, so now I tend to like manga slightly more than anime, but I'm always happy to see my favourite characters come to life. There are many anime and manga that I like - Ghost in the Shell, Fate-Stay Night (I couldn't believe that the story was originally hentai game), Samurai Champloo, Berserk (manga only, personally I think the anime most of the time sucked), Rurouni Kenshin, Battle Angel Alita (manga) and so on and so on.. Then there is Naruto and Bleach. I like both anime and, at least in Bleach, some omake are simply amazing..But manga is better. (Oh btw you are dealing with HUGE Renji and Grimmjow fan here ~_^ and of course Rukia is great character as well ^^). Generally I watch action anime rahter than lovey-dovey stories (not that I don't watch/read them at all ~_^, HYD is classic and Peach Girl wasn't that bad either).
And I musn't forget Eyeshield 21, because Hiruma is quite awesome character, it's impossible descibe him, because with each new chapter we learn something new about him and that nothing is as it seems at the first/second/third sight :D.
My other interests include learning languages, playing guitar and piano (well at least I'm trying ^^;;), going to tea shop with friends, visiting local conventions, scaring non-anime-fan-and/or-anti-anything-from-Asia people around me and possibly converting them to one of anime/manga fans ^^.
Yup, that it. Thanks for reading my looong info and sorry for possible mistakes ^^. Mata nee!
