Getting into anime is tough in The Netherlands, they just don't air any shows. Even the stuff like Pokémon gets pushed to impossible times. (Didn't stop me from collecting a few thousend cards though) But I wanted more after the impression that the first 5 episodes of Shaman King, that did air, left on me. (It only took me 10 years to get around to it)
I dabbled in college for 2 years, tried getting a bachelors degree in biology and medical lab research, with a major in medical diagnostics. (Sounds fancy, I know. But hey, this is a biopic!)
I did the first year of CS before this, but that really wasn't my thing.
Now I realise I'm not an acedemic, cannot conform to the rules set out for me, so I decided to downscale to a more carreer-focussed school.
Now I'm learning to become a garden and landscape designer.
Social activities aren't really my thing either, and as sutch I don't have a lot of friends. (if any)
But I like being alone and the stuff I like to do doesn't require me to have people constantly around me anyway. Exept my sport, waterpolo is a team thing after all and I am team capatain.
My time is spend watching movies or series, playing video games and reading. I also like walking my dog, gardening and I've been known to make a mean dish.(yes, I cook)
But I'm also kind of a cynic. No matter what, I can find something to dislike about it. So if my ratings seem low to you, that's why. I can still have fun though, I know when to shut off my brain and enjoy the ride.
Thanks for reading, hope I enlightened you.
