I have been into Anime ever since a friend of a friend showed me "Cowboy Bebop" on a lanparty we were on. He also copied "Ghost in a shell: Stand Alone Complex" and "Great Teacher Onizuka" for me which became instant favorites of mine.

Since then, slowly but surely, i have watched more and more shows and gradually i became addicted. At this point, i'm watching several series that are currently running in Japan and i'm downloading completed shows as well. Depending on how much is released, i may watch 2-3 episodes a day.

In short, Anime is wonderful and i really enjoy it. :]

My interests other than anime are rc drifting* and music production (still a beginner, i use sonar). I'm currently working as a cashier but i plan to take up studies to become an interpretor in about a years time.

And that's me in a nutshell.

Hi there. I used the favourites to bookmark some people I want to get back to, but yes, I found you through Paniponi!

The rest of your list is a nice match as well, so make some more recs ;)

Currently watch Honey & Clover, but it doesn't draw me in like Nodame did.

We have a rather large anime convent in my town, Upcon. But I am somewhat older than the average participant so I have never visited.

My anime addiction started when I was ill for a rather long time and had nothing to do. Had had to sell my EverQuest character to get money, and had literally hours and hours of nothingness every day. A friend of mine had (still has) a server where he had alot of anime, so I started to download and watch =)
