about me

"To greet you in the most courtly manner: Hi!" -LORD SION ASTAL: THE LEGEND OF THE LEGENDARY HEROS

Um so, I am Soccerlove180. Please call me Pheeda, it's like my ultimate nickname. =P

AND I <3 ANIME GIRLS

So I first fell in love with anime when I was about three or four years old. Oh, those were the days... XD Nothing but watching ANIME and studying easy math problems. (To be honest half of the anime I watched way back than probably have not even made it on my list though) and here's a few anime that I do remember watching: Sailor Moon, Digimon, Yu-Gi-Oh, One Piece, Dragon Balls Z, Orphan, Saiyuki, Rave Master... (and I'm sure there're others, which I don't really rememebr, most of the list above are only very slight memories or an episode here and there *Shurgs*)

And so here's the list of my top-five favorite anime right now: (and remember this will change in the near future ;) so keep an open mind)

1. SWORD ART ONLINE (SAO)

2.BLUE EXORCIST

3. CLANNAD: AFTER STORY

4. MUTO (TV)

5. THE LEGEND OF THE LEGENDARY HEROS

I'm a girl who: likes to take long walks and jog as often as I can. I just love to be outdoors! To put things the short way, I'm a girl who loves to exercise. I love being as active as I can. But when I'm taking it easy, I enjoy staring up at the stars or watching spiders (XD). If I'm not outdoors enjoying the fresh air, I'm sitting inside my stuffy room watching anime! Reading manga! Or maybe I'm listening to music while I write meaningful story ;) I just love music!

My all-time favorite ANIME-GENRE is: COMEDY. (If I could I'd have made COMEDY my number one, two & three favorite genres!)

My most preferred ANIME-LENGTH is: 12-13 episodes (Although lately I've found myself enjoying must longer anime XD)
Mostly I love anime this length because there are far too many anime out there to always be tied down by just one. AND 12-13 episodes gives me just enough time to fall in love with the characters, before moving onto something totally new. If I really love an anime series, I can always look up more about it later (generally, they have sequels or ova’s to go along with such anime, even if that sequel... isn't out yet).

MY GOALS ON THIS SITE ARE: to meet more people like me! To keep track of all my anime findings + ratings. To be able to write great, insightful anime-reviews. To get a few followers on my blog. And most of all, to just fall in love with as many anime as possible, while knowing there is something else waiting for me just after the last episode. XD XD

MY AVATAR IS OF: FA MULAN

Well, I just recently restarted my Blog up. So feel free to look it up and read through it. I'd love to hear some positive feed-back, if possible, on any of my posts. I'm even taking topic-discussion-suggestions.

Thanks for reading! XD

REMEMBER to...
LAUGH LIKE A CRAZY PERON,
RUN LIKE YOU'RE BEING CHASED,
AND JUST DANCE LIKE A NINJA,

Yeah that is exactly like me, I start a manga and usually if I get through like the first 30-40 chapters in a few hours, I'll finish the series in a night or 2. Then I sit there thinking to myself that I'm a idiot and should of gone slower and savoured it Hahaha, but Oh well i guess new manga starts all the time so theres always new things to read.

I have only watched a few series in English Dub which were alright, but after watching some of the Naruto/Bleach episode in English Dub it kind of put me off as the voice actors sounded to me like they had no emotion in their words. Like they were pretty much just reading off a piece of paper. So ever since then I really just stick to Eng Subs.

Would be better if I could get the hang of learning Japanese then I wouldn't need them. =P

Haha I know what you mean, sometimes you a love a genre soo much thats all you can watch. =P

I'm trying to abandon my rule though my sister acts as if she is a dictator within the family where everything revolves around her haha, but I'm sneakily getting away with locking myself away and enjoying anime without her haha.

The one thing that I absolutely try to avoid when watching anime or reading manga is get too excited about a series then catch up to the newest updates, I am a very impatient person when it come to a series that I can't wait for. So when I see alot of the manga series that I'm really into are only released every month, I get depressed =( lol.

If you like Romance/Comedy series then Kimi no Iru Machi and GE - Good Ending are good series. They both are quite long series like 150+ chapters and are quite good. The breaker is a korean action/martial arts manwha, and the story of it is amazing one of the best of its kinds but towards the newer updates it has started getting a bit slow.

The Eng dub of Air Gear?, I thought the voice actors were alright from what I saw, but I still perferred the Eng Subs, I don't know I guess the voices just suited the characters better haha. Air Gear is one of my favourite animes though, if only they had continued the anime it would of been one the best animes ever. I just feel that where they left off sucked.

Bakuman has a bit of comdedy that will make you laugh but I don't think it has as much as school rumble. =P

Your rules sound a bit like mine. I'm suppose to wait for my sister before I start a new anime series but lately she has been too "busy" to watch. So I thought stuff it I'm not waiting anymore, then she just happen to come in and see me start a new series, but oh well lol

My reading manga list is quite annoying as I didnt realise that some of the series I'm reading only come out once a month or every 2 months =(

But I have recently been keeping up with the updates on GE -Good Ending, Kimi no Iru Machi, and The Breaker.
