みなさん、こんにちは  Minna-san, Konnichi wa.  Hi, everyone!

I live in Southern California and love to watch anime!  I've participated in several area anime groups and am already happy I've found this site.  I also love to read, and am again happy that there is a manga section to the site.  (I haven't read as much manga as I'd like, need to do more! But as with anime, there just never seems to be enough time!)

I'm trying to learn Japanese on my own at home.  Am now fascinated with Japanese culture and hope to travel to Japan sometime!  My passport is ready and waiting! *smile*

Cool factoid about me:  My birthday is the fourth of July!!!!!
(which is a holiday in America, where I live - Independence Day.)

I put time and careful consideration into my ratings and reviews - you can see how I rate things by reading my forum post on ratings (Sianeka's Rating System)!

ONGOING: I formed the A-P Welcoming Committee (WECO for short). SUPPORTERS NEEDED!

The A-P Welcoming Committee sends out greetings to new members who join the site. If you agree this is a good idea, please join me by becoming a Club Supporter. There is NO WORK and there are NO OBLIGATIONS involved in becoming a Supporter; by becoming a Supporter, you are saying you agree it is a good idea that the club welcomes new members when they sign up. (Supporters do not have to actually greet any new members themselves!)

I'd love to get some more Supporters for my club! Please sign up now - contact me by leaving a comment about joining below!

Note: If you want to participate even more by actually helping to greet new members, feel free to let me know that as well.  I am always happy to welcome new Greeters to the group!

(Click on any WECO banner here for more info about the club!)

I recently joined Pinterest website and have created an anime bulletin board there: if you want to check it out.

Please feel free to contact me!

2016 Anime Challenge:  Anyone up for a true challenge and who wants to watch a buncha great anime shows, check out the Challenge posted by ScarletRain on her profile here.

And if this isn't enough anime for you, VampGirl also has a challenge with even MORE anime on it here!

Or for a Design Your Own type of challenge, check out kotokuki's challenge here (Forum topic) or here (profile page)

OK, I've added another!  Some interesting titles on Larkawolfgirl's challenge here.

It's so tough, I haven't any hope of completing these!  Even though I know I can't complete these, I am working them to be exposed to new shows I otherwise would probably not have watched.  I've created Custom Lists for each to track my progress!

I welcome everyone as a potential new Friend!

whahaha you are totally right :D  but, you know, among all social networks I sometimes get confused and the post/reply system here is quite unpractical to say the least.

In regard to the anime list, you are again right: it's incredibly useful, and I often find stuff I've watched in a long and distant past that I didn't remember, so the synopsis is useful too. The to-watch list is pure gold, I only regret having so little time that I have to fight to just watch a single episode ;_;

Well, since the very beginning my brother planned to invite them to join us on our trip (I don't know why but whatever). At least they paid for everything that is their's (i.e hotels, meals, tickets etc) and they drove us around (I would prefer to stay in one spot instead). One of the places was I went the Keys and let just say it's loud and noisy with not much to do except museums (not I fan of museums here). And Miami Beach wasn't much better when it comes to the noise but at least there's more than just museums. The beach was wonderful and clear. I didn't get to actually swim in the water but I did get to walk around and pick shells.

That's how the Fastpass works? I thought the Fastpass was for every ride. Is the other ticket a waist band? I saw everyone who went to the Fastpass entrance wearing a wristband and my pass was just a card. Also when you first enter the park you have to show your ticket (I was surprised that there's secretary checks) and some people have the wristband already, assuming that's the Fastpass. Does that means you can buy them before you enter? So confusing.
