What is there to say? This is a freakin' "Adorable to the Max" anime.
I knew of Hamtaro before it was released to America. As a child of 12 or so, my friends and I set up our own "Ham-Hut" where we would pretend to be Hamtaro and friends, go on adventures, make drawings and eat sunflower seeds. Hamtaro is one of the many things that sparked my interest in anime when I was still a child.
As an adult, my heart still goes out to the Ham-Ham crew. Even if the story and animation are simple, the cuteness of all the characters do start to tug at your heartstrings. From the sturdy hard-headed Boss, to the sleepiest Snoozer, I love Hamtaro thoroughly, and still enjoy it this day.
