Konnichiwa!

Jun 30, 2013

WAIFU! Ahhh I somehow forgot about AP.com all together... I was in China for half of May and I've been working since I got back. Anime has not been very inspiring (I watched two movies: Kotonoha no Niwa (which was pretty to look at) and Nerawareta Gakuen (which was again, pretty... but wth plot and pacing and generic characters).

How're you doing~ what're you watching~ what're you looking forward to in the summer season~ etc. Basically, just send me something long that'll make me want to watch stuff. xD

How did you feel about epilouge?

Thanks! ^_^

Konya, Epilouge wo mita.

I must say, that this episode stood out from the rest and many other animes in general. It was pure thought and dialouge. Albeit, the frames and images were gorgious and it employed some neat camera work. However, at times I felt that some of it was philosophical bullcrap because it was hard to follow. Yet, it was an interesting take on human nature non-the less. Ga suki data :)

It was better than episode 6.

Movie 7 made up for Gant's dry ending.

Thanks again for sharing Kara No Kyoukai! That was an anime worth my time. You know, I really don't know what I'm gonna watch next. I was thinking of checking out Flowers of Evil or Gargantua. Do you have any recommendations for really good anime?

some of the things that I really liked about Gyo were the unique style of horror, the irony, and the bonus stories. Eventhough the first bonus story wasn't really explained, I liked that one the best out of the two. amazing how you can tell a story with so few pages(hey Oku! did you hear that!? telling much with little!).

One of the images that stay in my mind was how the uncle, being the guy who knew a lot about those machines and thus could've helped out, spends a month creating a couple of death machines and then gets trapped by one of them. Furthermore...the last chapters...the marching army of death and decay. also...that circus...just damn...
