overzealous young lieutenant too righteous for her own sake. the story of a small military unit assigned to post war relief efforts. story can be a bit slow and tough to get through, but at least there's a bit of a story. very thankful that this series resists the temptation to create an awkward romance - extra points for that.
inconsistent animation quality here and there, but not entirely distracting.
