Woohoo! I'm not the only person who loves Kojima anymore! Don't know anything about you aside from this profile but anyone who likes his works is already cool in my books. Mahoraba's just... well, so warm, you can see it was made by a person who loves life and the little things in it. A couple of his other mangas are also findable on the net. Would say they're a bit more specified, though. Manabiya got the simple life philosophy and heartwarming bits while Wa! got the quirky humor. Not as great as Mahoraba, but worth a read imo.
Otherwise... well, series and characters I like and don't like are both represented in a fairly equal ratio, but I think I'll watch Aria next for a slice-of-lifey thing now that you reminded me of its existence...
Still, Blood-C is an Production IG X Clamp, so I really have to see it since I am a fan to both of them.
For Gurren Lagann, I understand that the overhype around it is extremely annoying. I watched it all but I still loved it for what it had to offer. It proved to me that mecha can be really interesting and it gave some hope to continue testing that genre that I usually hate ( I sleep in front of Gundam ^^'). I have to give credit to Gurren Lagann for it.
I am not angry and I will never be. It is my firm believe that everyone should have their own opinion.

I think I'm going to have to add working to my list. It looks like such a fun anime :)
