If I went i would love to go all dressed up. The only costumes I have got are a Starfire outfit from Teen Titans that I hand made and a Aeryn Sun, from Farscape, outfit. Although I think the latter will be far too hot lol. So perhaps next year then I can have time to prepare. I was thinking either Riza Hawkeye or Chi. Although I would love to dress as a school girl too ^^

Ha, I'm no small thing myself, so I do have to choose my cosplay wisely. It's not always easy to come up with something, but there are options. Certainly more for guys than girls :P You should try it. Be a Pokemon or somemon or something, lol. There's a lot of leeway with them.

Have you been to Japan before? I'd love to go. Hopefully someday I'll make it there.

I have no idea who I would cosplay as though. I had a search and managed to find a convention that is happening on 29-30th May but thats too soon. It is an anime and comic convention, which I'm glad to say I love.

I just checked out the Akibanana site. It looks like an amazing place, both for the cosplay and the great looking food. I'm envious!

I be a great housewife if I wasn't as messy as I am ^^

I guess attending a place that provides accommodation makes the whole journey a lot more smoother and without worrying about what state your place is going to be in. Its all well and good reading about customs but to live it must be different entirely!

I have never heard of Maid Cafes but they certainly sound interesting. Have you ever cosplayed? I would like to go to a convention one day but I never hear of any conventions here in England

Thank you for the welcome!

It would be fantastic to learn Japanese. I would like to visit Japan at some time but not until I have at least a small grasp on the language :)

I have done some work with Photoshop myself, although its incredibly amateurish stuff. Maybe we could swap tips sometime. OK it probably be me listening patiently to your advice :P

The best thing is combining hobbies together, especially reading and going to the gym while listening to music. If I can work out how to paint at the same time I would be an insanely happy woman.

What would you be studying out in Japan?

Speak soon!
