Some of the Anime series that had a huge impact in my childhood and contributed in molding me into the Anime fan I am today. Most of these series predate the era of high-speed internet, and they were difficult to get in DVD form in my country, so in order to watch them, people had to take note of the TV channel and the time they aired them at. Waiting eagerly for your favorite show to start, and suffering the 2-or-so minutes of commercials in-between the episodes was all part of the experience.
