5 Stars: I would recommend this series to everyone.

4.5 Stars: I would recommend this series to everyone, but will admit that there are a few problems.

4 Stars: I think many people would be able to enjoy the series. Not a must-watch, but definitely worth checking out.

3.5 Stars: If you're a fan of the genre or franchise, give it a watch. If not, I'd suggest taking a look at least, since it might help get you into it.

3 Stars: Sort of a niche title, but it has its merits. Many flaws, but there are lots of good things in it, I think.

2.5 Stars: Nothing special, nothing terrible.

2 Stars: It's fun while you watch it, but when you finish and look back at the series, it wasn't very good. Conversely, it has a few parts I find really good, but way too many flaws to be considered "average".

1.5 Stars: I found it hard to sit through. Either it's boring, stupid, or annoying. Regardless, it's at the very least watchable (up to a point).

1 Star: This is bad. I mean bad. I usually enjoy everything I watch at least a little, and I tend to be easy on scores I give, so when I'm finding something this hard to watch, that's a real problem.

0.5 Stars: I hated this series. Hated, hated, hated, hated, hated, this series. Hated it. Hated every simpering, stupid, vacant, audience-insulting moment of it.

0 Stars: Only for series that I haven't completed or ones I've seen a long time ago and can't remember much about.

All reviews are based entirely on my personal enjoyment of the series. I tend to judge older anime and shorter anime more leniently than newer anime that gets a full season or more (13-26 episodes at least). I know that I have distinct tastes and what I enjoy may not exactly be a 'good' show from a technical standpoint, but I like what I like. It's all about having fun!
