I'm awesome. My anime is best, it alone can win.

Well I just graduated from college and between that trying to move and trying to find a job I have not been able to watch anime in over two months let alons be very active on this site.  Now that things seem to be settling down a little (still no job though) I have been trying to reconnect with people and start maybe watching some anime again *sigh*  The anime part has not quite happened yet but I have been having a lot of fun trying to talk to different people!!!

I haven't heard from you in a while!  How have you been?

The good thing is that you obviously paid more attention to the underlying plot than I did. By the time the halfway line came, I was certain it was a character piece rather than a story focused on the actual events. So, I took the bad vs good battle at face value. No particular reasons why Herve's side is bad (they kidnap and murder people, and that's enough). No particular reason why the good side is good (they fight the bad side, so that's enough evidence that they are good). So I did not read inconsistencies into that. I will take your comments and should I rewatch Red Garden, pay closer attention. In my view, the good side wanted to die so badly and the bad side wanted to live so badly without the curse. However, if the bad side had gotten both books, the good side would have lived on forever as zombies and they did not want that. As for the four girls, thirst for life (even if it is immortal as an undead) seems plausibly strong enough to fight no matter the practical implications. It means the girls aren't particularly heroic, but that they are just teenage girls who are incapable of thinking much further than survival. Anyway, your points are insightful, but I didn't quite get as annoyed about that as you did. Lol. And it's fair enough, your points seem highly valid. Just about interpretation I guess. Thanks for sharing your opinions. :)

My comment was a joke and I've never seen Red Garden. Gah, why didn't anyone check my top 10 or watched section.
