This anime is a visually stunning piece of art. In a short ten minute jaunt it tells the story of a young girl who entrusts the safety of herself and her village to an anti-hero for a price . . .  It rapidly sucks you into a world reminiscent of a water color painting awash with black, yet still manages to at times be so lighthearted.
