Kirepapa, sadly there is only 2 episodes >.< and Loveless, Gravitation and Gakuen Heaven ^^

and if you don't have anything against something a bit more hardcore there is Okane ga nei, Hyakujitsu no bara and Papa to kiss in the dark

Well, Cross Game is a school/sport with awesome relationships in them. I personally think the best part of the show is it's relationships, although there's not really any 'romance'.

There's also Restorante Paradiso, which gains more romance after a few episodes, but totally worth the wait.

And Kasimasi is cute, although the first episode is weird >.> don't judge the show by the first episode. It's a romance/school life/gender bender. And it's got a love triangle.
