Excellent. Clever enough to avoid cliché traps. It is bordering on crazy at points. If you strip back all the bravado it is about a boy's growth. This is done rather well especially when it skips forward to when he has grown.
Little too childish at points but still very good. It follows the tone of the show though. It is highly charged and very vivid. It is very crisp and obviously had a large budget. Watch out for the final battle scene, it is something you won't forget.
A good vocal performance is accompanied by some excellent and well fitting music. The voices fit the characters well and help you connect with the characters in a fuller way. The music is as ridiculous as the show, in a good way. It will have you yelling 'fight the power' very quickly.
Excellent development, extremely likeable. Everyone has a background and a reason for why they are acting the way they are. This includes the bad guys. Another thing that is done well, character-wise, is that all the characters avoid the stereotypes. None is really what you expect, making these characters stand alone from anything other characters.
Awesome. It will leave you feeling pumped up and ready to fight giant robots, if you need to
