Black Cat

The story here is just a vehicle to get as much action in as possible. If action is what you're after then it works quite well. If you like to be intellectually stimulated I would look elsewhere

The animation is excellent throughout. It copes well with the fight scenes, which is important as there is not much else

The voices are well matched to the characters. The soundtrack is good but could have done with a larger selection. Due to the fact that there isn't a large selection some tracks end up getting used in weird places, where the don't really tie in, and by the end you know all of the tracks.

1-Dimensional, there isn't really enough time to flesh them out properly. There is some development here, especially in the case of the brilliantly named protaganist, but it is not handled that well or given enough real depth for that development to be really believable.

Attractive but no substance.

6/10 story
8/10 animation
7.5/10 sound
6/10 characters
6.9/10 overall
