Thanks! ^_^

Thanks for leaving a review on my Kanon review!

First off, I know many people would disagree with me. I know a lot of people loved Kanon and that's fine. My ratings/feelings on the series doesn't make it any less a series.

But I am allowed to feel it wasn't very good. And in my eyes, it wasn't. Maybe if I had been younger, not as jaded, and more accepting of the moe genre, I would have enjoyed Kanon. I only watched it for the sake of watching a series that has made an impact in the anime community. I respect it for that, and that only.

I felt it was melodramatic because to me, the feeling of sadness often timed felt forced. It was overplayed and when it mattered, I ended up cringing instead of crying. I did like some of twists and turns,  but for the most part, moe ruined for me and made it intolerable. But I can see where it is sad.

And I don't see where it is not a harem. The harem equation has been as old as time, and that is Male protagonist has the affections of all the main females. In Kanon, all the main females liked him. That is a harem, hunny. You can't shy away from that. And to be honest, that's not what made Kanon bad in my eyes. I can tolerate harem shows.

Anyways, thanks for the review and I think it's safe to say that we agree to disagree about the series.
