As stated in previous Reviews, this anime is based on a small group of high schoolers whom have fragments of power inside them, this allows them to be transported to a realm they refer to as the Red Night.
The moon turns a bright reddish colour the skies turn a blood red and the clouds black.
Weird creatures attack them in the first episode.
Throughout the anime they are constantly trying to survive the red night episodes and defeat the black knights that guard a what seems to be a princess.
After the kids defeat the knights they realise this princess is a witch. An extremely powerful one at that.
Only the eye of Aeon has any chance of beating her but i wont induce spoilers to much!

The story in itself is difficult to grasp at first no fluidity, just constant dramatic scenes that make no sense. the characters being attack by evil knights and monsters. New characters jumping into the frey every odd turn. after about 4-5 episodes you start to bring it together piece by piece. The ending for some may be a bit hard to grasp.
But after a full watch or two the anime makes good sense and the story itself although short was well done.

The animation was fine for me. As ive seen far worse. The effects on the crystal pillars which had a more 3D effect with the anime background was very good!

The characters were half and half some were annoying and some were tollerable. But none really stood out to be a *loveable* character and every good anime needs a character that you can bode with and care for.

8/10 story
7/10 animation
7/10 sound

8/10 overall
