OK I will openly admit. I absolutly hate this anime. There was not one moment where I enjoyed it. Why? Well let's see

Well the story is about a half-blind guy called Kakeru who is in school with his childhood friend Yuka having their average school day. That is until they get out of school and they somehow get teleported to the "red night" where the city becomes deserted and monsters are commanded to kill anyone they find. In this world they are intoduced to our next main character Misuzu who is a member of the Kusakabe clan, a clan that has people with the ability to magicly pull out 5 swords out of thin air. They later find a princess trapped in... icy glass crystal cage? Sorry either they didn't explain or I was paying zero attention. And so Kakeru promises that he will protect Yuka and stop the crazy madness of the red night. Overall the story is bad from the word go and it later gets worse after each episode by adding more characters I couldn't care less about and a love triangle that's there to be edgy.

Ok I will admit the animation is alright. The enviroments look alright although it looks a bit like the city whenever there's a fight in Shakugan no Shana. And I suposse the charaters are... decently animated.

The sound is just plain awful. The voice acting is terrible. I coldn't stand any of the characters and they were annyoing. The music was bland. It's not ear-rape bad but it's still bad. To be honest none of the songs were memorable. I forgot the songs as soon as they ended

The characters are the worst thing about this anime. There were literary zero characters I could care for. Yuka is probably the first character I absolutly hated that you were supposed to care for. If you don't hate her at first you will hate her later. Tadashi, the comic relief is not funny. He was annoying. The rest were just characters I didn't care for

As you can tell I didn't have a good time watching 11eyes. I couldn't stand any of the characters, the story was meh and the sound was bland. Avoid the anime at all costs.

3/10 story
6/10 animation
2/10 sound
1/10 characters
1/10 overall

I agree. I started to watch this anime with my expectations through the roof, and finished it wanting to shoot the computer screen.

I'll have to agree to that on anime 11eyes..  The Visual Novel was amazing though.  Spent around 50 hours staring at the words and I don't feel that it was a waste.  Then I find the anime just to find it completely destroyed

Anime seem to be just jumping around, skipping details; making viewers confused.  The music were arranged so that it lost the "eerie" feeling that I enjoyed while playing.

The anime could have been good if it was closer to the original.
