Where were you able to find Summer Wars?

So I unfortunately ascertained that the disc with Nodame Cantabile and Pale Cocoon doesn't work... Would it be a terrible burden if you could burn another disc of it? >_<

Ok, sorry for not replying back sooner, but for some reason I missed your wall of text until recently (I know, sue me). It's so great to hear from you, and I'm glad you're enjoying Japanese. I actually intend to take it next year; this year my classes were basically chosen for me so I didn't have any room. And I'm planning on studying abroad in Japan, England, or both sometime in the future (maybe junior year).

Anyways, college is wonderful. Of course, it's a major adjustment, and the freshmen are pretty clique-y and insecure right now, but I'm confident I'm really going to enjoy my college experience! ^_^ Classes are a pain though: I'm taking Music Theory and Analysis 1, Aural Skills, Sight Singing, and Freshman Studies. Theory is SOO hard. I don't get it; it's like math and grammar combined, except worse. But I like my piano professor and my studio; we have to practice 4-5 hours a day. MINIMUM. (!!) Conservatory life is intense. It's so great. The pianists here are quite skilled.

You'd better have bought me some stuff from NDK! (haha). Just kidding (or not...) So I'm wondering if you're still on your JDrama phase... Over here anime is like my refuge. After music, it's my second love. I've just discovered this, and while it's kind of dorky to admit it, I've realized it's becoming more and more true. Haha! I joined the campus anime union here, but unfortunately not too many people share similar tastes as me... sigh...
