Im not really into baseball, but if you say its good, than i`ll give it a try! By the way, if you're into sports, i`ll suggest you watch Basquash , its a really underrated, but it has a great storyline and the art is just magnificent in my opinion. It has a mecha elements, so its not really a regular sport, more like a futuristic one, but I really recommend it.
I see you also like Blassreiter-like animes, so I would recommend Viper's Creed, Ergo Proxy (Its a really complicated anime, so you would have to give it a while before understanding completely) and definitely Kateikyoushi Hitman Reborn!

Many of the dropped animes occured while I was younger and I'll probably revist them when I run out of things to watch (as if). That or I switched to the manga instead. *shrugs*
