One Piece is an anime that I feel alot of people have watched by now HOWEVER, I did not start watching it till late august of this year. I've always rejected it simply because of the amount of episodes, i'll state this now it was worth catching up to it current episode!

ok so I just finished watching episode 12 there is supposed to be one more episode according to anidb.net, so im just going to base my review off of what i've seen so far.

the anime started off with a bunch of teens with the dreams of being idols i thought oh..thats kinda seemed wishy washy.. there was a few other animes that i've watched similar in this aspect and sometimes i was like meh why bother continuing but i cant ever stop watching an anime halfway through. Personally I love this anime very nicely drawn, and its very well thought out. the story centers around a boy who ends up taking care of his sisters children since his sister n her husband died in a plane crash and this tells about all the hardships that he has to go through while taking care of the children. while some may say this seems like incest or to loli for their taste  I feel thats not the case. the characters are not blood related so its not incest and they make this perfectly clear also the main character does not seem to have any romantic interest in any of the three girls he actually has... I started off watching this anime the day it came out, I had my friend also watch it with me so we can talk about it each time it was released. The anime started off very slow with lots of talking however it is beautifully drawn. after 3 episodes my friend dropped it saying it was too slow paced for him and that he wants more, Yes the anime is very slow with lots of dialogue However, this is to build up to a even greater anime.
