My top 5 favourite anime outros

13 DEC
2011

Another top 5 list... woo... Okay I obviously have nothing better to write about and I thought I may as well do this since I already did one for my favourite intros.

5. Gundam Seed's final ending (Find The Way by Mika Nakashima): I love this song. It's soft and peaceful which works best for an outro in my opinion, especially for a series like this. My memory of the animation sequence is a bit vague but I recall it including all of (or most of) the cast which is always a plus for me.

4. Witch Hunter Robin: The visuals aren't really worth mentioning but I just love the song so much. The soundtrack was probably one of the best aspects of the anime.

3. Hunter x Hunter (2011 series) first outro: I know I said that more calm songs work best but I just love the music and visuals here. Honestly, this probably would have worked better as an intro but whatever, I love it either way. It also has Hisoka's shining crotch. What more could you want?

2. Paranoia Agent: Paranoia Agent isn't number one on my list... That must be a first. I really do love everything about this outro though. Just like with the intro it does everything right. The music is calm yet somewhat creepy and the main cast is featured sleeping peacefully (or unconcious...) around Maromi. It's a very simply yet effective ending.

1. Inuyasha's first outro (My Will by Dream): Oh nostalgia, you win (for once.) I love the song but what really gets me are the visuals and animation. That final scene of Kagome riding the train while it's snowing just stuck with me for some reason. It's probably my favourite scene from any anime ever. I can't quite explain why, but I just love it so much.
