Pretty awesome you liked it.  I had a feeling you would, since you put up with it for that long. All of a sudden, Yukki just let's loose and starts killing. Just awesome. The ending where they show how everyone is doing is always nice to. Well, in the 2nd universe or whatever it was.

As for recs, yeah i have a couple.

My number one rec would be, Steins; Gate. The best of the best right there. It has time travel themes but the execution is flawless. The characters are dynamic and it is seriously a piece. Watch S;G before the others.

Bokurano- has some pretty high stakes. Can't remember whether the angst was terrible or not. I def believe MN was the worst i've come across so far.

Then there is Gantz, but i heard the anime is garbage, whereas the manga is pretty graphic. That's not much help though. Neon Genesis Evangelion is high stakes but the end is the worst thing to ever happen to an anime ever. They are rebooting it into 4 movies, but the 3rd one is just about to come out. Then there's Eden of the East which may be your cup of tea. It was alright in my opinion. Swore i had more but can't remember them.

Just make S;G #1 priority then Bokurano. They should hold ya over for awhile.

What's up?  I saw your Mirai Nikki comment on my review and had to respond. It's pretty awesome you like it because i had this pretty big dispute with some guy who hated the hell out of it. It's almost like, once you get past all the angst, it's enjoyable.  Ahh, i almost can't wait till you get to Yukki's "change" because its such awesomeness.  Anyways, if you are remotely enjoying MN then I'd suggest Steins; Gate.  It has a time traveling premise that is riveting.  No doubt an amazing series.

Also, in your bio, I to wish I could share the joy of anime with friends, but they'd think I'm crazy for watching it. Such a shame. Thinking on it though, I'm sure a lot of people have the same feeling.

Well shucks, thanks. Yeah, I do have a wide taste of genres.  Were you looking for more of a mysterious/romance anime series?  I have quite a few on my list I could recommend.

Sorry, for my late response. I forget that this website does not forward messages to my email account. I have to check this site regularly.

I'm from philippines :) how about you? I'm done watching another. Well it's good :) ilove it.. I didn't realize that reiko is the extra until the very end. Another is kinda like dusk of the maiden amnesia. There is a creepy part. the difference is it is a Horror love story i would say. I would conclude that you like lovestory because you love kaichou.. I love it too.
