Alien Nine is only a short 3 (maybe 4) ep OVA, but its very entertaining. Demon Prince Enma is also pretty good (if not a little short). Also keep an eye out for Brigadoon - one I expected the worst from, but I absolutely adored it in the end ^^
Oh, and nosing through your profile, I see you're a fellow lover of mindfuck and psychological shows, but you haven't watched Alien Nine! Its not in your face twisted, but it has some extremely dark undertones...

I had originally scored the show a little higher overall, but after some discussion, I decided to drop it as much of the enjoyment was not from the anime as a stand-alone entity. I found having to do a lot of research and digging around for more of the story was what made it enjoyable.
