Yup. It looks like she moves onto this dude who copies her notes everyday who can't see the board. Turns out he's just faking it so he has an excuse to talk to her. They eventually confess and go out.

T_T I just looked at a forum saying in another manga by the same author, there's character with the exact name/face as Akino in this one-shot and she gets with the other dude and it might be the same girl :/
