I checked out your want-to-watch list. Sailor Moon and Vampire Knight are really good. You might also like Fushigi Yuugi and Inuyasha. Naruto is the best anime ever if you go for action!
i havnt seen the Prince of Tennis , all though i've heard its good , its certianly popular , so if your interested in it just the slightest id take the plunge
