Story:

This is a story a boy who lives at a boarding house with a bunch eccentric people.  The girl who the boy likes is also lives there and the boy spends the whole series trying to get closer to her while dealing with the various hiijinks that the rest of the cast does.  The story isn't very deep, but it's fun and cute for what it is.  It helps that there are plenty of funny moments.

Animation:

The animation is very colorful and is at times downright beautiful.  There are plenty of cute chibi moments as well.

Sound:

Both the opening and the ending are pretty nice and catchy (though not very memorable) and both fit the atmospere of the series.  The background music is fairly nice as well.

Characters:

The main character is the most normal character of the series, but fortunately he's not too bland, he's relatable, and he's likable enough.  The girl he likes is antiscocial and is obsessed with books.  We do see their relationship slowly but surely develop throughout the series.  The rest of the cast have various quirks, and while they might not get as much development as they could have, they are really entertaining to watch.

Overall:

This is a cute and light-hearted series.  While it may not be the deepest anime ever made, it's fun and entertaining.
