What makes Coppelion so disappointing is that it had such a great premise that wasn't utilized at all. In fact it seemed more often than not that the very premise that was set up in the first two episodes of this series was just forgotten about after a while. Coppelion takes place in Old Capitol, approximately 20 years after a nuclear meltdown rendered Tokyo completely uninhabitable.
