Manga is harder - we only put up entries when someone physically writes a synopsis (and for anime, takes screenshots); we don't use stuff from other sites. The manga database is brand new (only about 3 months old), so we're missing a lot of titles still, but they're being added slowly. Rosario+Vampire (both manga) are on the request list, so it's likely they'll be added soon. You can post others you've read that you'd like added in the 'Manga Addition Requests' thread in the forum, in the General Manga Discussion section. ^_^
As for missing anime, we have a thread in 'Feature Requests' where you can post those ^_^ titled 'Anime Addition Requests'. I'd say we're missing way less anime than manga, but feel free to let me know personally which anime you aren't able to add and I can work on finding people to help add them.
