Nope, never cosplayed yet thought planning to this time for the next Anime Expo, but don't know which characters. You seem to put a lot into cosplaying especially if you goes as Barry the Chopper do you make them yourselves or you get help from people? What conventions goes on out there in Ohio, I would be interested to check it out for an experience.
