Don´t take my ratings too seriously, they depend a lot on my own personal enjoyment/preferences, although I do try to maintain an objective point of view. And besides, i ain´t that strict at assessing shows either way.

\r\nI noticed your comment on the Tsuritama review from the homepage. The reason why nothing new has been put up in a while is because the site is getting a redesign really soon, and that section won't be there afterwards. So right now it's kind of a vestigial section ^_^
\r\nAs for your search for anime dubbed in Chinese w/ English subtitles, https://www.anime-planet.com/anime/the-tibetan-dog is a Chinese-language anime that should meet your requirements. It's a children's movie, but I thought it was really good. The character designs are by the author of Monster, which is also pretty neat.
