So I read Kagome Kagome and it was ok, then I came across Kirara which was written by the same author and the short synopsis reminded me of Ashita Dorobou (which is a quite good series). What's the deal with Ashita Dorobou? Basically, there is a love triangle there in which both girls are instances of same person. Ir's a rather rare theme, but it also appears in Kirara.

From the start Kirara wasn't very serious, but it was still somewhat fun then. Unfortunately the quality of the story went really down halfway thorough and stayed there. Towards the end the author tried to cover plot-holes with lots of fanservice, but that never works well.

So as a whole Kirara was a disappointment.
