I come from ‘The Land Down Under’, ‘the Sunburnt Country’, ‘Oz’, ‘Aussie’ or 'AUS'. Which for you foreigners’ means, I am Australian born and Australian bred. I live in the Sunshine State and I just finished year 12 of college and am heading to Uni in the new year. I have one cat, a Russian Blue named Molly. She is two years old and gorgeous.
I love to watch anime... which is why I am here. My avatar is Kaoru from Rurouni Kenshin, my ALL TIME FAVOURITE ANIME SERIES. ^_^. I've recently (last few years) gotten into reading manga, and am updating my lists ... I've read a fair few more than is listed. -evil grin- Thankfully I've recently gotten over my hatred for the MECHA genre, Lelouch probably has something to do with that . . .
I LOVE the Tragedy genre, nothing quite like a anime/manga when the protagonist dies. Even better is when they FAIL in their mission...and then die. =P Sounds morbid, but the kissy-kissy-predictable plot lines of anime these days ticks me off.
I am completely and utterly random at almost all times. Beware.

Really. Well I enjoy a sappy anime every now and then. There's nothing like a samurai anime either. Seen anything good lately?
Random is a good thing. Its no fun if you're predictable. Funny avatar.
Thank you! :]
OMG is that Kamiya Kaoru?? Hilarious xD
Konnichiwa!
Not so sappy that its corny though. I guess I like the romance element because it gives the protagonist something to fight for instead of "saving the world" again. Ah, Outlaw Star is a great one! Unfortunately, I haven't seen much lately.
If you're okay with dubs then I'd suggest Beck:Mongolian Chop Squad. Here's the trailer. Not a fan of the sub version though.
