Aoshi's English VA actually does a much better job of conveying the quiet strength of the character.  For a demure character that is supposed to be rather strong willed underneath appearences, this is really important.  The fact that she sounds more her age helps too, as she's not a character trying to come across as childlike for cuteness, but one trying to present herself as a mature young lady.

This one should go without saying. The english version is largely rewritten from the notoriously bad origional into a great abridged-series-like comedy.

Nyanta's english VA makes him easily one of the coolest characters in anime.  So suave!

Nothing against the Japanese VAs, but being able to hear the characters speak in a way that showed their French and English heratage really helped draw me more into the setting.

While most of the Japanese cast actually outperforms the english cast by a small amount, the English narrator is absolutely helarious.  With how much the narrator talks and how the Japanese one came across as just anoying rather than adding anything, this makes a really supprising difference.  I actually raised the rating I gave this show after seeing it in english.

While the Japanese version is good (some even prefer the Japanese version of Mayuri as being cuter, though I'm not sure I agree on that point) a lot of the humor involves referencing non-anime memes and the dub does an absolutely flawless job of adapting this to an english audience.

Sorry, but this one, the English VAs just outperformed the Japanese ones.  The dramatic moments are more powerful and the comedy is funnier.  Often overlooked due to the praise lumped on Cowboy Bebop when looking back to that era, but actually a great example of dubbing.
