still, it's great to have otaku friends..I know few people who like anime but completely different genre..except this community I don't have anyone to discuss anime I watch etc..and my bf. doesn't know english, so he only watches anime with czech subtitles and still very rarely..I intend to visit a festival of anime which takes place in our city next year..
I like anime that make me laugh too, for example, I liked the series Rurouni Kenshin much more than both ovas which made me only depressed..(and most people love the first ova more)
As for stuff like NGE and Ghibli..I like it very much..I am sorry to oppose you, but I like anime which contain some message about human behaviour, about our possible future, anime based on legends..it's up to you if you believe it or not (if you just take it as a way to make money)..I think it's a popular and amusing way to learn about interesting thoughts..Recently, I've seen Rahxephon - about special beings (Mu) who can make divine sound..when searching internet I found out they it was really based on maya legends about lost continent Mu..even the year when Mu started to appear on Earth reffers to the end of maya calendar - 2012..according to maya tradition, the world should disappear and a new cycle should begin..I am interested in legends and mythology..
It depends, sometimes I want to see something philosophical and really want to think about it, sometimes I just want to relax with romance, interesting plot and nice anime guys^_^ (I love anime when a girl is surrounded by several guys, falls in love with one of them - fushigi yugi, pretear, saiunkoku etc - bishounen)

as for Shingetsutan Tsukihime - I'll give it another try..but I have to DL it again..
What genre of anime do you like? Your top 5 anime seem to be various genres..I personally search mainly for anime similar to my top 5, but the more I watch anime, the more I know that these are the best for me..I like the same style as Estuko..almost every anime she recommended to me was great..I see you liked Ayashi no Ceres and Fushigi Yugi, so I think we may have something in common too..^_^
I know that it's yorishiku fansub.group, but I didn't know they had problems to find another translator..I checked their websites and it seems they put off translating this anime..
I've seen those two last episodes in japanese..just to find out how it continues..but I didn't understand it at all..nvm..I'll wait..
I don't speak german..only english or french..(or my native language)

how long have you been watching anime?..more than 4 months spent on anime..it must be several years..
I see you gave Lunar Legend Tsukihime 4,5 stars..why? is it really good? I dropped it after first episode..
